According to Wagar, the third future is communism. Under this system, we creat small communities, and we can live our own satisfactional life. In addition, Wagar argues that this future is the ideal one because there are no competitions. I think that this future is not ideal for us because we have to think about others.

According to Wagar, the second future is democratic socialism. Under this system, the people who were in inferior status in the extinct capitalist world economy will be free to evolve in their own way. In addition, this system enables all ou us to live at the same standard. However, it is difficult to remove income differentials, so this system will collapse,too. I agree with this point because I also think that it is difficult for all of the people to be in the same living standard.

Wagar's first future is globalized liberal democratic capitalism. Breakthoughs in technology, the exploitation of new markets, and the fresh energies released by the diffusion of political democracy will keep the system. However, under the system, income differentials will happen because of the differences of talents, and it will take too much cost to keep the system. So, the capitalism system will collapse, Wagar said. I think the capitalism system will not fall in because it is difficult for all of us to be in the same life situation.
